Hibiscus Licensing Survey : The African & Caribbean Experience

EmailMeForm
Licensing Survey
This survey is designed to gather information that may assist understanding of the African & Caribbean Communities experience, in accessing the late-night economy. It is narrowly framed and seeks information on access to the Licencing Instrument known as Temporary Event Notices (TEN). The survey is in part inspired by Hibiscus Caribbean Elderly Association's experience of being denied access to licences (TEN) to deliver late night entertainment and other cultural events, and similar experiences of other London based African & Caribbean organisations, and individuals.
